Guilin and Yangshuo are great places. We did some of your suggestions like bike riding and I loved just being in both places at night just wandering around. The heat was a lot for me as you might guess, I`m not from a hot place!! We went cormorant fishing in Yangshuo and that was good. The food was wonderful everywhere and I`m missing it already!
